Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use Fridgely. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that occurs under your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the recipes, photos, posts, reviews, and other content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant Fridgely a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

Acceptable use & moderation

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, infringing, or otherwise objectionable, and not to abuse other users. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You can report content and block users from within the app. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and we aim to act on reports promptly.

Fridgely Pro subscriptions

• Fridgely Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple App Store account.
• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Prices are shown in the app prior to purchase and may vary by region.

Recipe details, nutrition estimates, and allergen information are provided for general informational purposes only, may be inaccurate, and are not medical, dietary, or health advice. Always verify ingredients and consult a qualified professional for dietary or medical decisions, especially regarding allergies.

Termination

You may stop using Fridgely at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fridgely is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
